  • Managing, developing and maintaining strong and long-term relationship with IT channel partners through continuous engagement.
  • In-depth coverage of assigned IT channel partners.
  • Outline and implementing successful partner sales plans leading to leads generation and closures.

  • Diploma and above in IT, Computer Science, Business, Security or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT sales experiences (IT Security solution preferred).
  • Have knowledge and working experience with system Integrators Company would be an advantage.

  • 1 - 3 years of working experience in IT / IT Security Industry as technical engineer capacity.
  • In-depth technical understanding of solutions in network infrastructure, enterprise IT setup, as well as security spaces in the IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of the industry disciplines, technologies and applications relevant to networking infrastructure and security.
  • Network security product knowledge (Firewall, IPS, Proxy, SSL VPN, etc.).
  • Application Security knowledge (System Development Life Cycle, OWASP Top 10, Web Site defacement, etc.).
  • Experience working with customers, sales personnel and/or customer services is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Anticipate the future trends of IT Security through various exposures and market observations.
  • Participate in functional ground engagement and clients’ feedback channels activities to obtain IT Security landscape assessment.

  • Constantly on the lookout, assess, evaluate, and adding suitable products to the suite of distribution.
  • Strategize on product groups deriving necessary expectations and suitable customer base.  
  • Segregate existing products into suitable portfolio and add on new products to achieve product group solutions and customer potential segregation.
  • Design and build on sales strategy by providing necessary linkage of compliance and guidelines. – PCI DSS, SOX, IM8, etc.
  • Ability to handle and deliver required message to vendors.
  • Create necessary and timely IT Security education to uplift internal staff awareness, and skillsets.
  • Instil business development mentality and mind-set within team.
  • Ability to manage product’s P&L statement ensuring profitability.
  • Managing pipeline integrity with vendors.
  • Formulate the success of product management and identify potential pitfalls to implement necessary measures.

  • At least 3 years working experience in IT field.
