Responsibilities:
  • Managing, developing and maintaining strong and long-term relationship with IT channel partners through continuous engagement.
  • In-depth coverage of assigned IT channel partners.
  • Outline and implementing successful partner sales plans leading to leads generation and closures.
  • Exceptional Communication skills with partners on new products and services offered.
  • Work closely with marketing to campaign programs and events to develop the relationships to existing and new channel partners.
  • Effectively deploy aggressive sales tactics, practices, training and support to drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential.
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas while adhering to Quantiq's sales rules of engagement.
  • Maintaining pipeline, sales forecast and discipline in execution.
  • Update and manage status of sales orders to partners and relevant parties.
  • Always update on new products and increase value of selling skills. The CAM is required to attend training events throughout the year and expected to take part in self-interest tutorial learning when possible.
  • Keeping in line of competition, competitive subjects and products offering in the market.
  • Participate at sales meetings, marketing campaigns, trade shows and product seminars.  

Requirements
  • Diploma and above in IT, Computer Science, Business, Security or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT sales experiences (IT Security solution preferred).
  • Have knowledge and working experience with system Integrators Company would be an advantage.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Aggressive and excellent situation awareness.
  • Willing to take challenges and work under pressure.
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • Pleasant personality, optimistic and well-groomed.
Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage and implement security related projects based on customer's requirements. be it individually or through team efforts.
  • Provide level 2 support to post sales on specific securities and technical issues.
  • Ability to liaise with vendor Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) to resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct 24 x 7 standby rosters and assist the customer if needed to.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of working experience in IT / IT Security Industry as technical engineer capacity.
  • In-depth technical understanding of solutions in network infrastructure, enterprise IT setup, as well as security spaces in the IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of the industry disciplines, technologies and applications relevant to networking infrastructure and security.
  • Network security product knowledge (Firewall, IPS, Proxy, SSL VPN, etc.).
  • Application Security knowledge (System Development Life Cycle, OWASP Top 10, Web Site defacement, etc.).
  • Experience working with customers, sales personnel and/or customer services is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate the future trends of IT Security through various exposures and market observations.
  • Participate in functional ground engagement and clients’ feedback channels activities to obtain IT Security landscape assessment.
  • Develop IT Security solution practice as compared to product peddling.
  • Constantly on the lookout, assess, evaluate, and adding suitable products to the suite of distribution.
  • Strategize on product groups deriving necessary expectations and suitable customer base.  
  • Segregate existing products into suitable portfolio and add on new products to achieve product group solutions and customer potential segregation.
  • Design and build on sales strategy by providing necessary linkage of compliance and guidelines. – PCI DSS, SOX, IM8, etc.
  • Ability to handle and deliver required message to vendors.
  • Create necessary and timely IT Security education to uplift internal staff awareness, and skillsets.
  • Instil business development mentality and mind-set within team.
  • Ability to manage product’s P&L statement ensuring profitability.
  • Managing pipeline integrity with vendors.
  • Formulate the success of product management and identify potential pitfalls to implement necessary measures.

Requirements:
  • Observant and meticulous which complement the requirement in landscape scanning and able to articulate with accuracy.
  • Outgoing character which assist in creating a good relationship with vendors and partners.
  • Strong business acumen to manage the profitability and long term strategy of products.
  • Desire to win that is able to translate positive energy to team creating a fighting spirit.
  • At least 3 years working experience in IT field.
  • Degree holder with relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP) will be preferred.
  • Proven sales track records, preferably through various projects with high value.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining records of software licenses.
  • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
